We accept returns on new, unused physical items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Exclusions & Non-Refundable Items

• Digital Crochet Patterns: Non-refundable and cannot be returned.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, your full product refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Standard bank processing time (1–3 business days) applies.
